The progress so far…

This is my fourth day of no carbs or sugar whatsoever. I haven’t measured anything yet and I won’t until another two weeks or so.

Any difference?

No more bloated stomach…I have actually discovered that I might be “kolhydrats känslig” which directly translates to carb sensitive. I feel a lot better without carbs. I haven’t noticed any other major differences. I haven’t had any candy cravings, I have more energy, stay full longer, but the biggest difference is my stomach which I have had problems with for years.

LCHF is not a diet it is a way of life that I should follow for the rest of my life….but…I love Cookies..I love new baked bread….Pasta..rice..potato… Yes people I love Carbs.

But you only live once….and I can never replace my insides, and I have realized that my health mental and physical is my number one priority. My wellbeing is important and I have decided to make a lot of changes in my life ever since Seedy’s death, starting with my health.
